This 35-hour online training course introduces the specialized practices of TAO DE LA FEMME TF1 and is an integral part of the UHTS Certified Specialized Instructor Curriculum.

PRACTICES FOR AWAKENING AND HARMONIZING FEMININE VITAL ENERGY

Learn to awaken the "sacred cauldron" of the pelvis, in connection with Ovarian Breathing to release and circulate feminine essence within the Celestial Orbit. Receive transmission for awakening, supporting and regenerating feminine vitality, through a progression of anatomical and energetic work.

  • Study anatomical and energetic knowledge according to Taoist medicine. Apply tools for cleaning, transforming and harmonizing feminine vitality.

  • Awaken the pelvis and the 6 zones of the perineum: Learn about the anatomy of the pelvis and the different zones of the pelvic floor linked to the vital organs. Floor, standing and dance exercises adapted to each woman's morphology and life phase

  • Breast Vitality: Self-massage practice for the breasts to facilitate circulation , relieve pre-menstrual and menopausal symptoms.
